They are not making significant improvements on the books. Unfortunately, the Kindle version is totally unreadable. I don't expect such a question on an ISEE. These tests are considered to be a crucial part of the admission process, and schools consider a student's performance on the test as an indicator of potential success. I understand they want you to start at the beginning and work your way through, but we have had to add our own tabs to make looking up answer pages and review pages easier. You are provided with a combination of concepts and strategies to learn and master the various concepts in each session.

There used to only be 2 levels: Lower and Upper. Higly recommended. The other mistake was even more basic. However, it still is lacking.
Great buy! Great to have the practice tests and the list of vocabulary words! This is one of the books that cover all the three levels of the test. Well worth it, especially if your child is not used to taking a lot of standardized tests.
It has plenty of practice problems for every topic, in addition the full prep tests. If you are looking for additional questions for your child, do not buy any multiple Princeton Reviews. According to the answer key, trainable is a much better synonym for the word formidable than powerful.
At least two math problem were wrong or so poorly stated as to be in doubt. In all, this is an excellent source of preparation for the ISEE.

The tests they prepare students for undergo only a subtle evolution from year to year, so the reviews from the version are just as relevant now to the version as they were then.
For someone who is naturally a good test taker, it might not be as helpful. This book will definitely help you get a grasp of some of the tricks and techniques for picking the correct answer.

So if you want to read more reviews of this book, read reviews from previous years. But start early. The math section, in particular, is practically a textbook, not just review.

Also, erratic, rather than being synonymous to inconsistent, means amiable. However, the applicable sections are thin and the teaching material, though admittedly clear and concise, is sparse.
It also offers a "Higher Score Guarantee. The SSAT upper level math test contains several mistakes, and although this is definitely a problem, it's a minor issue, since there are only a small amount. I'm very disappointed to see the very same material as the edition.
